Adhyatm Sadhna Kendra

Architectural Brief

The lighting design for Adhyatm Sadhna Kendra required a profound understanding of the intersection between spatial volume and spiritual well-being. Spanning a massive 18,000 sq. ft. central assembly, our primary challenge was to illuminate a space capable of holding 3,000 practitioners while maintaining a sense of intimate, meditative serenity.

The project features a specialized Chromotherapy (Color Therapy) System integrated into the meditation and yoga halls. Unlike standard hospitality projects, we utilized Kendo’s full-spectrum RGBW linear profiles to allow instructors to alter the atmospheric hue—shifting from calming blues for deep relaxation (Kayotsarga) to revitalizing ambers for morning Pranayam. In the soundproof Mantra Sadhna Hall, we employed discrete, recessed "star-point" lighting and hidden cove illumination to eliminate visual noise, allowing practitioners to focus entirely on their internal journey.

Outside, the lush green campus and acupressure tracks are guided by soft, low-glare bollards and tree-uplighting, ensuring the transition from the bustling Chhatarpur area into this spiritual retreat is immediate and absolute.
