The lighting strategy for Crowne Plaza Gurgaon was centered on the concept of "Circadian Fluidity"—creating a lighting environment that adapts to the fast-paced nature of Gurgaon’s business hub while providing a sanctuary of warmth for global travelers.
Our primary architectural intervention focused on the lobby and transit zones, where we utilized Kendo’s high-output linear profiles to define spatial boundaries without overwhelming the sleek, modern interior surfaces. To accentuate the hotel's geometric textures, we deployed a layered lighting approach using discrete, low-glare downlights and warm-dimming technology. This ensures that during the day, the space feels vibrant and productive, while at night, it dissolves into a regal, amber-hued retreat.
Every fixture was selected to enhance the materiality of the space, ensuring that the stone, wood, and metal accents are rendered with professional-grade color accuracy. The result is a seamless fusion of technical lighting performance and luxury hospitality design.
